Financial services still do not understand the different psychology of male vs female investors, of what women want to invest in, how they invest, and how they manage risk.

EXANTE is looking to change this.

We want to help change the numbers “getting it wrong” by creating a space
where women can teach other women about all the different areas and experiences of finance and investing.

We are looking to:

Personalise (not genderise)
our approach to meet the specific needs and priorities of women.

We need to see the whole person if we are to truly be able to support them to become the best investors they can be.

We support women
of all ages
in learning
about investing

In many societies women may not have been exposed to or encouraged to investigate and understand finance and how to grow their wealth and their opportunities. Unfortunately, for many women, the world of investing is, quite simply, a mystery, one they often delegate to an advisor or management service, either directly or through their company allocated pension funds.

We know that, because women live longer than men and that a higher percentage of women have or will take time out of the workforce to care for children or relatives, the stakes are higher for women if they get their investment and pension planning wrong.

Women Who Invest
is to help women to develop the knowledge, the tools, and, most importantly, the confidence, to invest for their future.

The proportion of wealthy women is increasing reflecting changing cultural attitudes to education, the rapid growth in female entrepreneurship, and intergenerational wealth transfers.
